What does it mean somewhere on the internet? Need some clear guide please

In other words you can insert an image using a URL in the Source field.

I have put the link of picture and uploaded successfully, but after that when I am going to save this change I have encountered with this message “Strategy description should contain less that 1024 symbols” could you please fix that?
