Live account not appearing

I've been trading on demo for a couple of weeks and i have opened a live account with a broker. This account does not appear on top right of the Spotware Ctrader desktop app.
I can see the live account linked to my cTrader ID when i go to my seeting - Trading Accounts https://id-ct.spotware.com/my/settings/overview.
I tried closing/reopening the app. Sign out/in and even uninstall the program and reinstall it.
Please help anyone ?

Live account don't link with bidaskbit
Good day i have same issue as the below request and i am launching from the bidaskbit site which is my manager for the account. It also just keep popping up that the live account need to be created but everything is already been done the correct way.
