BUG - Slow and unresponsive app on FOREX pairs

Hello,
Im using the purple trading windows app and everything works fine when im trading indices.
But when i change to a FOREX pair like EURUSD the app gets unresponsive for a while, it takes some seconds to disply the data and when im trying to use the charts, the app is working very slowly.
The chart layout is very simple, with just 3 EMAS, RSI and ATR. Nothing fancy.
If i move back to SP500 everything will be normal again.
Please tell me if you need more info.

I also noticed that if i open the FOREX pairs in secondary tabs of the layout, NOT the primary, they will work properly. But it is quite anoying to avoid the main tab.

Can you please send us troubleshooting information when this happens so that we can check? While in cTrader, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T, paste the link to this thread inside the text box and press Submit.

I think i have already done this, but in any case, i did it just now.

Hi Miguel,
We checked your information and it seems that you have some horizontal lines and fibos on the chart which are causing this issue. Can you please delete them and check again?
