debugging reference errors like this Could not load file or assembly 'System.Memory, Version=4.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Hi Guys,

               How would you recommend I try and debug missing reference errors, I know I can use 

Fuslogvw.exe

But where do I run this from, or anything else?
