Unable to download ctrader on my laptop

Greetings, l am unable to download ctrader on my laptop though before l had managed now it tries to load for a while then after a few minutes before downloading it says network error, l tried from different brokers also but same challenge. l even disabled the antivirus and firewall but was still unsuccessful. l also tried the regedit option and still no success. Other files are downloading without issues.kindly assist.

kindly find below screenshot for what happens when l try to download, l tried other brokers also and the same thing is happening.That is all the info l have.
