not able to save Template on cTrader desktop

Hello,
I am not able to save Template on cTrader desktop with Windows 10 -this was since the last platform update.
Also:I have an error when I open the platform.
I have deleted the platform and files and reinstalled. Also reinstalled Win 10 but no luck so far...
Please help.
