error cannot save the template ctrader

Hello,

 

I have windows 10

since some updates when I open the Desktop platform I have this error:

error cannot save the template ctrader

 

Also I can see that I am not able to save the Templates

 

Can you please assist to me?

Can you please do the following for me?

1) Post a screenshot of the error message you receive.

2) After the error message, send us some troubleshooting information. To do so press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T, paste the link to this discussion in the textbox and press submit.

Hi Stefano,

It seems something is blocking cTrader from accessing that folder. Can you please try restarting your computer?

done but still the issue...

there is a way to unistall it and reinstall it without losing the charts indicators?
