single chart mode switches to multichart by itself
08 May 2020, 12:13

I have my charts in single chart mode. When I go across my charts and click on them after a few clicks the charts switch to multichart automatically.

This has been occurring continuously for the last few days.

Can this be resolved?

Hi there,

Can you record a short video demonstrating this behavior so that we can see what steps you follow to reproduce such a behavior?

RE:

How would I make a recording and how would I deliver it?

Anyways it happens every few clicks through the chards for days now. I don't see how a recording will make you understand it better?

It just throws the ball back in my court.

Hi there,

It will help us because we cannot reproduce such a behavior and it is not clear which exact steps you follow to reproduce it. To record a video and share it with us you can use a tool like tinytake.
