Ctrader Desktop Saving Issue
09 Mar 2020, 08:38

Hello guys, I just want to know if the ctrader desktop or the web version can save a chart? I am trying to plot lines, support, resistance, trend lines etc. on currency pairs however, the problem is that sometimes it is saved and sometimes my drawings are erased. Then I have to replot my lines when I login again. Is there a way that my lines will be save in my charts?? And also, sometimes the lines that I plotted on a pair transfers to another pair. For example I drawn support and resistance lines on EURUSD, then the next day when I open the ctrader, those lines are in the GBPUSD pair. Anyone knows why this is happening? I email the support team and I have not received any response. Same with chat support they know nothing. Please badly need help here :(

Hi KeatonLukas,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately there is no such option at the moment.

Hi, why don't you save your work by regularly saving your workspace? I have done this for years. It's a good practice that even allows you to save different versions of your work. I usually save all my workspaces even twice before I close cTrader.

Good Luck, Jens

Hello,

I am also having the same issue. I have tried saving the workspace... but later on, the support / resistance lines have mysteriously moved to different levels. And also a clean chart will have tens of S/R lines transferred from other pairs which I was placing S/R line studies on.
