Is there a way to access Trading Central forecasts through API?

Is there a way to access Trading Central forecasts through API?

I'm interested in implementing an automated strategy that would act upon Trading Central "Target" forecasts, that I see them regularly on charts on my IC Markets demo accounts (using cTrader Desktop), so my question is if there are commands or methods to get that data through cAlgo API?  Also, is the past data of the forecasts accessible? (for the purpose of backtesting)

Unfortunately no. We do not have the right to redistribute Trading Central signals. If you need access to their API, you can contact them directly.
