Historical Data Update

Looking to add Historical data, the instrument in particular is the US500. Thank you.
ps I have tried right click > refresh, on the chart.

I'd like to achieve more monthly bars on my cTrader, currently for the US500 I have only 20 bars or so, usually when I scroll back they'll update and keep loading until I stop, but for the monthly bars it won't load anymore and I'm stuck with a sample of history.
