Price alert tab: bug?

Hello.

If I go to alert tab, and i right click on one of existing alert, a popup window with two choices comes up.

One is (of course) "close price alert", the other one "create price alert". If i click "create", nothing happens.

I expect to open a window or something similar where to choose instrument, price, type of alert etc...

And why it is not possible to "modify" existing price alert?
