Platform Extremely Slow Order Errors

Hi,

Started CTrader today and found orders are very slow, or not being processed at all.

Restarted platform several times, restarted PC twice, Uninstalled platform reinstalled platform still not working.

Tried different PC, same problem.

Logged into VPS, same problem.

Today's trading history not showing?

What is going on?????

If I close a position, then log out then back in again I can see it has been closed, but on initial closing the position balance changes long after actually clicking close but does not close. The same with opening positions do not show up unless I logout then back in again?

This is very urgent.

Anyone else had this problem?

Fixed, Did You Restart Cloud?

So what did you do? Looks like you restarted the linked cloud to my accounts and wiped all positions. All went offline for a few minutes.

Appears fixed anyway, but what a disaster!
