why my cTrader freeze when hight activitie's tradings

Can you reproduce this behavior or did it just happened once? Can you also please clarify what do you mean when you say "freeze"? Does the interface stop responding or are you just not receiving prices?

Hi,

No, i can't reproduce this myself. cTrader's windows "freeze" (no response and no interactivity)  when very intensives produced trades.

This is also noticeable on Android cTrader.
