How are the volumes in the volume indicator calculated?

Hi collettnoel,

The volume indicator represents the number of ticks received in each bar.

Thank you. I find it interesting from same broker Ctrader and Metatrader platforms have significantly different volumes for the same pair, same type of account. Ctrader has about 55% of MT volumes, no great issue but it is curious.
