Live Sentiment Data Vs Demo Sentiment Data

Could someone confirm whether the sentiment data seen in live accounts is the same as that seen in demo accounts?

Secondly, does anyone know the existence of a thrird party sentiment tool that considers the volume of open positions in the aggregetion?
