URGENT - TITLE BAR DISAPPEARED

Unable to move, resize or place trades on ctrader, because ctrader title bar has disappeared. 

Suddenly the title bar has disappeared. 

Looks like this is not the first time. There is another post on the forum but no solution was provided publically: https://ctrader.com/forum/calgo-support/12387?page=1

Hi shrumr,

This does not seem to be a cTrader issue but a Windows problem. You can try pressint Shift + Ctrl + Win + B to restart video drivers without restarting PC. Let us know if this solves the issue for you.
