Installation cAlgo/CTrader on Windows Server 2016 fails

Hi there,

I'm trying to install fibo cTrader on a windows 2016 vps server but i keep getting this error

I tried turning off the IE Enhanced Security and disabled my firewall but neither helped

Also i tried disabling windows defender

I would really appreciate it if anyone has any idea on how to fix this
