I am experiencing a similar problem, opened a thread last week or so. Did not get resolved unfortunately.

Hi all,
Unfortunately we cannot reproduce this behavior. Can someone share a video with all the steps followed to reproduce this issue?

Weekly chart - http://prntscr.com/om4xn7
Daily chart - http://prntscr.com/om4y0a
4 Hour chart - http://prntscr.com/om4yb2
Weekly is normal, switching to the daily chart causes that trend line price is sitting on, on the weekly to move completely, but then switching down to the 4 hour moves it back below..
Other issue I'm facing is the chart data, I can only see data as far back as 2016 on the monthly, some charts do the same on the weekly but on the daily I'm able to see all data.
My broker have made numerous attempts to contact Spotware/cTrader to resolve these issues, then I speak to Spotware/cTrader to be told they haven't athough I have seen photo proof that they have, I don't know who to believe

I've looked into this on trading view too and they have a support category just for it so it must be very common. Apparently its something to do with the time axis

I don't know whether this will help toward you looking into it

This is still on going, how has this not been fixed yet? I have reported multiple issues with the platform and none of them have been looked into.
Support is awful I think, better off going back to MT4/MT5, even Tradingview.
Yes support is an area they could improve upon, I've sent them an e-mail outlining a multitude of issues (which they requested) and haven't even gotten a simple reply. Although I still imensely prefer cTrader over MT4/MT5.

RE: RE:
I do really like the platform however over recent months there just seems to be issue after issue and I can't cope with them anymore haha.

This is a seperate issue but still a silly one, I can only see data as far back as 2016 on my monthly/weekly charts, I have hit refresh on the charts and re-installed but its still not showing me what I need to see.
Don't tell me there have been no reports of this issue as you said about the trend line bug because I've already seen others complaining online.
How can I fix this? if not when will you fix it?
