Zoom out timeframe issue

Zoom out timeframe issue

Hello.

 

There is an issue with the timeframe (Monthly). - When i'm on weekly and below i can go all the way back to 1998 on some pairs. But when i turn on the monthly timeframe i can only go back to 2016. 

 

Any fix for this?

Hi antun_8,

We are aware of this issue and we are working on resolving it. In the meanwhile, please follow the instructions below as a temporary workaround for the problem.

  1.  Zoom into the chart until the max zoom level is reached.
  2. Drag the label with remaining time found on the X Axis to the center of the chart until the X Axis scroll bar appears.
  3. When the scroll bar appears, scroll to the left side of the chart until the dates you wish to see are loaded.
