Make chart markup primary focus on mouse hover
Make chart markup primary focus on mouse hover

Hi there,
Another problem which I experience often which can be frustrating, is when I am trying to mark up a chart with trend lines, rays, fibs etc. but there are a lot of positions on the chart near to the highs/lows that I'm anchoring to. Whenever I try to adjust the trendlines and the anchor point is situated very near to a position, the focus favours the position rather than the markup point and I tend to have to move the whole markup out of the way and re-anchor it again.
Since it accomplishes little by focusing on the position on the line, because you cannot drag it or move it, nor edit it without clicking on its tag directly, would it not be more useful if hovering the mouse favoured an anchor point of any chart markup before it favours the position's line where the two are situated in the same immediate area?
Where the position line currently steals the attention of the mouse wherever it exists close to markup, could it rather be that the markup gets the attention first when the mouse pointer comes close to it? I hope I've managed to describe what I mean.
Regards
Cuan
