Ctrader Connection Error

Hi,

I can't connect ctrader account. Showing image error as below.

 

I also checked the https://ports.ctrader.com website and gave the following image error.

Hi aloz82,

Please send us sime troubleshootinh information. To do so, follow the steps below

  1. Click on the sign in form
  2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T.
  3. In the form that will appear please paste the link to this discussion.
  4. Press Submit

Let us know ehn you have done so to check further.

Connection Error in desktop App login form

Hello ,

I have a issue when connecting to my account in Desktop App ( Ctrader, IC Market ) , it shown this Message :  

" Connection error, please check your internet connection and try again "

But in work in the Web app.

Unless I'm missing something the latest post on this thread is showing as 11 Feb 2022, 05:51 - why has it made it to the top/most recent post?

It's the second or third one I've seen like this now... (coincidence it is about connectivity issues the same as happening now with 4.1?)
