Goodmorning, just a little question, is it possible to make a customized version of the API dll? Or making changes to the API in general? By 'is it possible' I'm mainly asking if it is permitted by spotware and if this is not illegal. I'm not quite sure if it is an open API or not.

No this is not possible. cTrader Automate API is not an open source API.
