cTrader Liquidation Policy

Do all cTrader Brokers liquidate at the same % levels (assuming we are comparing brokers user the same cTrader liquidation technique - i.e. Smart liquidation or the older one)

Or is it up the the broker to decide , or override the default cTrader liquidation levels? Stop out is what I'm talking about by levels.
