Crash with Public Beta
11 Mar 2019, 14:44

Dear cTrader-Team

My cTrader Desktop often crashes, since I installed the public beta 3.5. It crashes after about 1 hour when runing a cBot.

Is it possible to get the old version back? Can't find the installer of the old version.

The crash report in the event log says:

Hi Adrian,

Is it possible to send us the cBot and your settings file at community@spotware.com so that we can have a look?

Best Regards,

Panagiotis

Hi Panagiotis

(Un)Fortunately, I cannot reproduce the error. I will let you know, when the error occurs again.

However, is there a way to still install the version 3.3 and not the beta version? I did not find the old setups.

Thank you so much for your very appreciated help.

Adrian

Hi Adrian,

Brokers are still using v3.3. So you can use a broker's cTrader.

Best Regards,

Panagiotis
