Recent cTrader update will not run

See attached screenshot (I'm aware it's in danish but it says something like "The administrator has blocked (not alllowed) the software because it causes a security threat to the PC".

Am I the only one having this problem??

I have been running cTrader without problems for a year now but suddenly after this update and relaunch it will not run?

This link helped me (enable everything - except "untrustedSites"):
