Ctrader Failing to Print Candles

IF ctrader stays open on a chart, frequently, candles fail to print.

Ive noticed this with a couple brokers.
There is no gap in the market, CTRADER is failing to print the current candles.
Happens randomly on various pairs and various timeframes.

I'm having the same issue, I have reems of screenshots like this going back a month, it was perfectly fine before December, I think it started happening after one of your updates, makes trading accurately impossible and I have to refresh the charts every 30 seconds or so sometimes

A few examples, I'm too afraid to use decent order sizes as I don't know if the candles are going to print or not at first while I manage my entry so I have had to completely change my strategy which is making me lose money. Come on Spotware, this isn't some game you ship out with bugs and fix it months later, this is real money people are trying to make and losing because of your buggy platform, this could be considered illegal to have such vital mistakes in the trading space, how hard can it be to fix or roll back to an update before this started popping up?

New update this week, this problem still persistes, still no replies in this thread from support, is anyone on this or shall we all go back to MT4 so we don't lose money due to a faulty platform?

We are still investigating this issue. We are not able to reproduce it. If you can reproduce it consistently then we would appreciate if we could arrange a remote access session with our QA team for further investigation.

That's odd because my broker emailed me last week saying Ctrader support has reproduced it. Everybody I know is having the same issue, a remote session would be easy, I don't do anything to reproduce it, it just happens constantly, let's organise this then becaude I'm sick of it costing me money as I'm sure many others are, thank you.
