Strange events in tick view

Hi,

 

I was skimming through EURUSD chart of 2 well known FX brokers. For some reason there exist a strange event on both brokers a bit before 14:33 on 21 Nov 2018. Can you help explain what's going on?

Hi terryww2,

Thanks for posting in our forum. I could not reproduce this on either of the brokers. Can you please try refreshing the charts and let me know if it resolves the problem?

Thanks for the quick reply. I can confirm - I checked the same market on the same 2 brokers with the same chart settings again and I couldn't reproduce the issue.

I wasn't aware that I had to refresh the chart. If anything similar happens again, I'll make sure to refresh it before contacting support.
