Ctrader declined to close orders [CRITICAL/URGENT]

Ctrader 3.0 desktop declined to close trades yesterday.
It happened when I was pretty levered up and that could have been disastrous.
I logged in to ctrader web and still couldnt close trades either one by one or close all button.
Then I logged in to ctrader mobile, experienced the same thing.
There were different errors which appeared, but I remember one saying something like consolidation going on.
Can you please check and share what went wrong on earliest?
It is crazy that it can happen on a trading platform.

I should mention that issue was resolved after some time. I did exit the desktop platform and re-opened it and after that I was able to close the trades. But I think it is unlikely that this resolved the issue. Because I did open web and mobile paltforms from the start and that didnt help.
