Failed to load settings - the system cannot find the drive specified

i suddenly have this problem in ctrader and Automate whenever i tried to open/load/save setting file for cBot.

i tried reinstalling ctrader but no avail. ctrader is currently installed in my c drive the same as windows 10

i.e:

C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\IC Markets cTrader

 

 

i can view all the bot complete with its source code with no problem.. but saving and loading its setting will generate such error.

 

please help

btw the new cTrader seems to be more resource hogging.. my vps is barely responsive now

We have fixed this issue on Spotware Beta 3.2. Can you please check? It will be rolled out to brokers in the following weeks but I cannot provide you with an exact date for this.

Hi,

It is 2024 and the issue came back in versions 4 and 5! Do you have any solution?
