Impossible to download the ctrader version desktop

I did not have such a problem with other similar applications. Already try to disconnect antivirus, firewall, to follow the steps listed on your website.... Nothing it´s ok.

Please, I do not think it's complicated to install a trading program.

I have same problem. I'm trying to downlod from ICMarkets uncessfully (before and after downloading public Beta 3.01 directly from Spotware.com with no problems).

Here is the popup window with the error. As I'm not an IT professional I would appreciate some help from the vendor as even ICMarkets personnel doesn' know how to solve.

As a mannual trader I like this platform and I would not like to give up (yet).
