IOS connection issues

IOS connection issues

Not sure if this is the right place to post it. but ive noticed a continually occuring problem with the IOS version of ctrader. devices are iphone SE and Ipad mini 3.

the app works great, however when you change apps or move away from the ctrader app for X anmount of time (roughly over a 1minute) then go back into the app, it either sits there with the loading animation (spinning green orange loader) forever, or loads in but will not let you tap any area to navigate through the app. I find i am continuously closing the app and reloading it to make a connection and navigate through the app.

if anyone else has this drama id like to know. its either my devices, or the app itself.

 

tested with 3 different internet connections, and two devices. repeatable.

Which version of the application do you use? v1.x or the new v2.x native mobile application? Can you tell us the broker as well?
