ctrader mobile apps takes upto 30 seconds to login

My password is stored and it should automatically login within lets say 5 seconds like MT4 mobile app. 

But ctrader mobile app is taking like 30ish seconds and even more than that some times ...

Hi tradingu,

Can you please send troubleshooting information? To do so, tap 7 times on Logo in Settings.

I can see no Logo in the settings section of the IOS app.
