Get historical data ticks or M15 candles

I'm looking for FxPro historical data ticks. I see there are multiple choises for timeframe like evel ticks in cTrader.

Is there anything like History Center in cTrader where I can get or export a CSV file ?

I need tick for last 4 years. If it's not possible a M15 data will do enough. 

What do you say ?
