account already linked to another Ctrader ID

Hey there, I have started 3 fresh Ctrader accounts with my broker and every time i try log into the account and link it to my CTrader ID, it gives me an error saying this account is already linked to a different CTrader ID, this can not be possible as i am creating brand new accounts with my broker and entering the details straight after creation, they cant be linked to another account. I want to use Cmirror but can not until my account links.

Any suggestions please ?
