New accounts are not being automatic linked to ctrader ID that is logged in! is this a bug?

i have the same issue, i have started 3 brand new accounts and when i try to link them to my Ctrader ID they say they are already linked to another Ctrader ID, that cant be posible as they are brand new accounts generated an hour before trying.

Any progress with this issue?

Can you please explain how you create the new accounts? Are they demo accounts or live accounts?

Hi leohermoso,

If they are live accounts then they are probably created by your broker. Your broker should link your trading accounts on creation. You need to contact your broker and mention this issue.
