Changing of Account Properties Disabled for This Account?

Hi, as you can see from the below picture, my account properties are disabled. This is despite having an account connected to my broker and CTrader ID. How do I fix this? All my options are greyed out and I am unable to change quicktrade settings.

Hi Delta_Gamma,
The option of changing trading account properties is provided by brokers therefore you should contact your broker. For QuickTrade settings, make sure you are signed in with your cTID.
