Problem when verify email

Dear cTrader,

I have an cTID account with email nguyenbaocuong at sign gmail dot com. When I log in to ctdn.com, the web say that my email has not been verified yet, and it change me to https://id.ctrader.com/.

At that site, I go to Setting menu, and click Resend Confirmation Link, but no email is sent to me. I already checked in Spam, Bulk...

Please check and send me email to verify!
