Is my broker cheating me?

Hello everyone,

On February 7 of this year my cBot opened a trade that ended up being a loss but in the tick data backtest that trade never occurred...

The problem is not the cBot, the problem is that the candle at 20:00 (UTC +0) in the 1 hour cTrader chart in USD/JPY set a high of 109,704, while the same chart in the cAlgo backtest chart and with the same transaction account shows a high of 109,702, a sufficient difference so that the trade that occurred in real has not been activated in backtest.

All the rest of the candles that I see have exactly the same parameters in calgo and in ctrader. But casually, the candle that opened the trade that was not opened in backtest has different parameters.
How is that possible? Do you think that my broker (FxPro) could manipulate the graphic to activate a trade that would not have happened?

The graph of myfxbook and mytradingview marks at the same moment a high of 109,702 ... I understand that there are small differences between some graphics and others, but I use the same account for cTrader and for cAlgo, so I think it should be the same graphics, in fact, all the other candles are exactly the same.

What is your opinion on this? Do you think it could have been a manipulation of the broker? Can I do something against this?
