Notifications/Alerts for moving average

I am looking for an alert/notification to email (or sms) that can alert me when the price of a fx pair is 10 pips above OR below the exponential moving average. I don't know how to code this and I can't find anything on the bots section to donwloand.

Can someone tell me if there is an alert like this, or whether it can be coded?

Based on your description, this can be implemented using cAlgo. You can consider assigning this task to a Consultant or post a Job.
