Tick 13 charts are absent in ctrader 3.0 beta

Please add back T13 charts to ctrader 3.0, that's the main chart type i'm trading with (maybe not only me). 10 ticks are too fast for me and 15 ticks are a little bit too much. There is no reason to remove it.
