Clean Install - Can't delete 2.0 directory

I'm trying to do a clean install of CTrader and CAlgo. I go through the process described but I cannot delete the folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0. Windows keeps telling me the folder or a file in it is in use, even when I've freshly rebooted the PC and done nothing else but try to delete this folder.
Any help appreciated.
