Objects - Manual Edit Parameters - Enter Value for Line

Hello Spotware - is it possible to edit the parameter values of objects.

Example - if I place a horizontal line on a chart the only way I can adjust the value is by sliding it up/down. Not very accurate if I want to place it on a specific value. Why is it not possible to manually enter a value for a line?
