Ctrader running but no panel

Ctrader running but no panel

I'm running Ctrader on Windows 10 Home and it has been just fine but today it changed when I went back into it.

The program loads up and makes the noise, the notification in the top right corner appears to tell me that the panel has loaded, it appears in the task bar as running but there is no sign of the workstation in the desk top? I have restarted windows, even reinstalled Ctrader and still the same. 

Please help. I need to trade!

I meant to say workspace, when I said panle and work station above.
