Dear fengye2677,

Thanks for reporting this issue to us. The problem has already been reported to the cTrader team and they are investigating it. We will inform you as soon as it is resolved. In the meanwhile, could you try to uninstall cTrader and then perform a clean installation to check if this resolves the problem? You can find instructions on how to do this here http://help.spotware.com/troubleshooting
