Having 2 platforms for s trading styles

Hi I need some help.

I have 2 live accounts 1 for swing and 1 for day trading.  I use different chart setting and FX pairs with each style so I downloaded ctrader twice thinking this would allow me 2 ctrader (desktop) platforms running at the same time each with their own FX pairs and templates etc.

But everytime I turn the platforms off and on again they have reverted back to the same Pairs and charts etc.  How do I end up with 2 separate platforms independant from each other that will store my changes, settings etc.
