Wrong candle shown on the chart

Hi There,

I have just noticed EUR/USD H4 chart showing wrong type of candle.
The price is up but the candle shown on the chart is down.

Did you get a response on this on how to fix it. O have just realised the candlesticks on all currencies and timeframes seems to all be incorrect compared to.other brokers
