Incorrect trade opening time on statement (SPOTWARE please respond to this thread)

The statement opening time column heading shows: Opening Time (UTC+10) my User Time.

While the statement trade opening times are shown UTC+0 (Server Time)

How can I get the statement trade opening times to be shown as detailed in the column heading.

The Closing time column with UTC+10 shows the heading and the statement trades as the same.

Hi jwpo,

Can you please provide some more infromation on the issue you are experiencing e.g. screenshot or detailed steps? You description is not very clear and we cannot reproduce what you are describing.

Hi here is a copy of my statement showing the difference in Opening time on the history header at UTC+10 and the actual trade opening times on the statement as UTC+0

Thanks this makes things clearer. It seems that this is a bug, The opening time stays always as UTC. We will report it to be fixed.
