Incorrect trade opening time on statement

The statement opening time colume heading shows: Opening Time (UTC+10) my User Time.
While the statement trade opening times are showen UTC+0 (Server Time)
How can I get the statement trade opening times to be showen as detailed in the colume heading.
The Closing time colume with UTC+10 shows the heading and the statement trades as the same.
