Bars not indicating correct information.

Bars not indicating correct information.

Dear Spotware team,

Perhaps this problem is related to my previous post "Bars not painting" to which I received no response.

Anyway, today when I looked at my EURUSD Daily chart it showed a gap of about 50 pips between the close of Jan 11 and the open of Jan 12.  When I checked the other timeframes there was no evidence of a gap.  I refreshed the daily chart and the Jan 11 bar repainted to no longer show this gap and the Jan 12 bar remained the same.  

Any ideas why this happened?
